Worse experience ever. Order a tv console and wait 6 weeks and tells me 4 more weeks. Offer replacement but nothing in stock. Sales lady and the manager bs-ing weeks at a time. Don't buy there or go to another store. Corporate idiots should fire and replace sales team and their customer service. ONTARIO SHOW ROOM SUCKS!!!!!
We perched a lane Jonah 3 peice sectional. We paid cash, and were not told it was filled with feathers. The feathers come out, stick and poke anyone who sits on it. Cushions loose shape quick. I have Alergries to feathers. We would of chosen something else if told it was filled with chicken feathers. Now we are told they can re bag cushions. Not happy.
This is a warning to you all. I cannot put a zero and am forces to add a star. I purchased a bonded recliner sofa and recliner chair. Within 3 years the bonded leather began to bubble up and tear. We hardly even sat in them. I had purchased additional insurance for them and when I called and sent pictures, they refused to change them and gave me such a hard time. They have the worst customer service. What a headache. Ikea furniture lasts longer. Mathis brothers is a joke. Stay away!!!
I have never in my life dealt with a company of this caliber who did not care about the turmoil they have put me through. I purchased a bedroom set on 2/11/2017. The set consist of the bed, a night-stand and two chest. The bed and night stand were fine on delivery. however the two chess had manufactured defects so I requested they send two more. Long story short, I am still trying to get two chess not damage. I was instructed to come into the store on two occasions to pick out two chess I liked. I did this however, on both occasions they delivered two chests that I did not pick out. This has been a nightmare. Tomorrow marks the eight delivery. Yes, I could ask for my money back however, I really, really love the set. The customer service department along with their manager Michelle is below satisfactory. The try to make this look like I am at fault. I will pay over two grand for damage furniture. Mathis Brothers should inspect their own before delivery. I had planned to purchase all my furniture from them as I am remodeling my home. At this point, I am taking them to small claims court. I have loss time from work, money for gas. I would not recommend them. An apology from Mathis Brothers owners would be nice. This Saturday will be the eight deliver of the chess. This time I put my initials on the back to make sure it is the one I picked out. Mathis Brothers Ontario is a horrible place. At this point they need to at least reimburse me for at least one of the chess.
The furniture at Mathis Brothers is very beautiful, I'm finding the quality of the furniture needs some improvement. I bought a couch a year ago and the cushions are not holding up. I also bought a kitchen dinette set and the threads on the chairs are pulling apart. If a customer doesn't buy the warranty they can be dissatisfied after having the furniture for awhile. But the service at the store can not be beat.
The only reason I did not score my sales associate outstanding, was that he had to keep looking for the sofa I had originally come in to see...and he was helping another customer with a sale. Other than that, he was very nice. The delivery man was very fast and efficient...and, he was right on time! Nice, friendly personality.
This is the best place to buy furniture that has quality. We have bought many items here and we prefer to buy furniture that will last. We look forward to going again and shopping. We find top quality furniture here.
Horrible!!! Our salesperson lost the paperwork, and they canceled our order. They of course did not tell us until 12 weeks later. We reordered and are still gettting the run around after 6 months of the intial order. The General Manager Jason Woods won't return my calls, and every sales manager blames the manufactuer. This place is horrible. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
Horrible!! wish i didnt have to give 1 star!! they lie to you about the insurance covering everything. (it wont cover a move) but they want you to lie to the insurance company about it. then when they do cover something they have nothing in that price range anymore you have to spend another $200 just for a table the same size! NOT worth it find a company that cares about the customers!

The price are fair, but for the quality, you get what you pay.Some furniture look great in store b/c of the lighting an everything. Once you take it home, OMG! You don't even believe what you pick.The worst worst worst thing is the delivery, delivery company and delivery people. They are super super rude. They don't wear shoes covers. They dont have a manner. They throw my furniture outside of my house, they kick it, step on it. Then they take it. back and telling me We cannot do an exchange for you. Here is the "F" word. I didnt say it, but I mean it. What kind of monsters they are? Destroying your furniture and take those back to your house. They even destroy my house, all the scars on the wall. The delivery company's insurance gonna cover any damage to your house, but why do you want your house to be damaged?After I report this issue to the Mathis Brother, you know what? They say it gonna be an issue between me and the delivery company, and they cannot do an exchange now. If you cannot do an exchange, Then DONT let me go to the store, pick up things, and paid for full already. Then Let delivery guy come in, damage my furniture, then no exchange.To those of you who bought furniture from Mathis Brother like me, I think what you can do is go to the store, ask for an exchange, they may do it. My friend got hers exchanged for a half-year old sofa. Why not give a try?To those who are thinking to buy something from this place, DONT EVEN GO TO THIS PLACE, the worst shopping experience every!
