Horrible. Went for an inspection, they failed me. My car is new and there is nothing wrong with it. They tried to tell me I needed $800 in parts. I went to another person and they passed me and said I needed nothing. The manager just wants your money and will try to take advantage of women who he thinks does not know anything. Beware!!!

No complaints. Son's car needed exhaust work, he is at college in Oneonta. They fixed exhaust for far less than dealer and for even less than the estimate they gave. Thanks.

I can't even give them a star. I had been going to them for about 2 years and things were OK... But then ownership changed. I needes a new radiator and the put it in but they didn't check to see if it was secure so needless to say my kids and I were stranded on the side of the road once more. They admitted fault but yet I still had to pay for another radiator ugh... Then the other car was dying... And it needed a battery. The put in the battery but bent the teminal. Which resulted in me with minimal knowledge of car looking at it and scratching my saying this doesn't look right. So I fixed it the best I could and brought it to a different shop. None of my cars will EVER go here again!!!

Manager Michael Is A Great Guy And Willing To Help You The Best Way He Can To Get The Service You Need Performed....Rest Of The Crew Could Be A Little Faster And Not Take So Long In Getting What They Started Done In A Timely Manner.

I have been a customer Here for a long time now ever car I've owned has been repaired there until now!! My car broke down, I had it in their care for about 5 days!! I go to get my car and I have a dent on my car needless to say I just purchased this car few months back, the employees have no clue what happened to my car telling me there is nothing they can do about this that is just like parking your car at Walmart, really?! At Walmart you park your car at your own risk, at monroe,you hand them your keys and say here is my car it's in your care now nope not for monroe it's my fault that my car has a dent!! Thanks a lot monroe really appreciate all you NOT do!! I will never be going there again and I will be letting every one that I recommend to go to not go there your car is not safe trust me!!!!
