Walmart Auto Care Centers

I have never been more disappointed and dissatisfied in a business than I am with this store lately. First I requested something from the deli to pick up every Sunday night for my son for his school lunches. After about a month or month and a half of the night shift supervisor asking the ladies who work in the deli and the deli manager more than one time to make them for me they finally had them ready for me but no one seemed to be able to find them that night but I did get them the next day. The very next week was spring break so I called and made them aware that I wouldn’t need them for that week but would be back in on the next Sunday for them again. Well needless to say they had none out nor did they have any made and put back for me. So I decided then that I wouldn’t ask again. I will try to find something else that he will like but I will never buy from that deli ever again. Now for my second dissatisfied customer moment. I have been in this store several times over the last 3 weeks or so trying to get some paint mixed but I am not able to be there til later in the evening or night. To my surprise this store must only have one employee that can mix and that employee must work the morning shift. I have ask when it was really late at night and was told no one was working that could do it so I was ok with that but tonight I actually called at 9:12 pm and ask if the anyone was there that could mix paint but of course I was told no and when I ask when someone might be there that could. The lady I talked to said “oh I don’t know his schedule” so that makes me believe that there is only one employee that can mix paint if that is true they need to train someone else to mix at night. Maybe they will get it together soon or if they don’t people are going to find somewhere else to shop because the convenience of Walmart is turning into inconvenience. 😠😲🤯

i bought a TV at black Friday sale i could not go so my boss went and picked up TV for me a emerson over 200.00$ for my 10yr old son all he wanted was a TV for christmas i was working and she picked up two TV one for her children and one for mine I work very hard for my money.when she could not find receipt when TV stop working in March she took TV back to store for me and they said it had been over the 90 days.they would not help us do a thing.i will not buy a TV ever again at walmart.but i have very nice boss

I have shopped at Wal-Mart all over Alabama and parts of Florida and I have found that the Oneonta store is one of the very best. The store personnel are friendly and are willing to help the customer in any way. The cashiers are also very pleasant and are willing to talk to you as you check out. The store is also clean and not cluttered. My mother and I look forward to visiting your store as often as we can for an enjoyable shopping experience. Other Wal-Marts could learn a lesson or two from the Oneonta Store so that the customer could also have that friendly WAL-MART EXPERIENCE!
