- I've been in customer service all my life. The best way to help someone get what they want is to listen to them. Success is taking care of your clients, and doing right by them. My wife and I have two little girls, and a third child on the way. So we know what it's like to have to save every penny, and live on a strict budget. When a client tells me they have a certain price range in mind, I completely respect that. My goal is for every client that works with me to feel like I treated them above and beyond their expectations. My favorite musician once said "Without People you're nothing", and that's how I live my life. My clients come first, because I know how important buying a home is.
