1001 Apartments

I have lived in this apartment complex for a little over a year, I actually just renewed my lease. I live in a 2-bedroom unit and it is absolutely huge. For the area of town, the size of the units, and the nice new renovations they just completed you cannot find a better deal in town. My maintenance requests are always completed promptly and the staff in the office is always friendly & helpful.

I have lived in the 1001 Apartments for 6 years. It’s my last. The latest management company (Cornerstone Commercial) is the worst of all of them. The place has gone down hill since they took over. They have a problem hiring & keeping good maintenance men. The good ones always quit after only a short time. It’s scary to think how many master keys are floating around. They worry about fixing up units to rent before fixing the existing problems. Cornerstone has lowered the new tenant leasing standards so low that we have ended up with some bad tenants that has lead to loud late night parties & pounding car stereos. We never had this volume before last year. Most complaints about these issues have gone unaddressed. The latest management company has eliminated the on-site manager so there is no longer anyone present to over see the running of the complex. It’s a shame Cornerstone has allowed this to happen; this complex had a lot to offer with its huge apartments at reasonable rates.
