Twenty minutes or more to answer phone, they don't return calls, they force you to go in when u run out of medicine then they will code you wrong because they think your there for fun and they call it a preventitivive visit. Don't let them give you extra tests you didn't ask for either. Research the flu shot before you get it. I'll be warning everyone I know about this place. They should be able to look at your insurance and warn you if things aren't covered when you go in but they have a hard time even answering the phone. One more thing I found strange was when my blood work came back they told me to cut back on my smoking and alcohol and cut back on some kind of aspirins but I never drank , smoked and I don't take pain killers. Would never recommend this place. I went for my blood pressure pills by the way, Cuz that's the only way to get a script for your pills. They also don't listen to the insurance company when they call multiple times. Exsplaining they can recode so it can be covered.
