Their customer service and the circulation department is horrible, the women that answer the phone to the people that drive the papers around are a bunch of a-holes that are more interested in putting people down gossiping mean, miserable white trash.I walked into their place of business to pay my bill ( I used to be a customer for over ten years until this year) to stand and wait while listening to this big fat guy (I'm guessing he's a manger) with a big red birthmark on his face running down his customers that are on a delivery route(they did not know I was waiting at the door) and the sloppy looking girls that work there smelled of b.o. have the worst attitudes I have ever seen trashing everyone of the customers.I'm glad I walked in to pay my bill and finding out just what they think of people.I would never hire anyone of those 'no lives of there own' people.
