My wife had a very specific Idea of what she wanted her engagement ring to look like. William was very patient and worked diligently to ensure the design was exactly what she wanted. When I went to pick it up I couldn't believe it, he delivered a level of craftsmanship that was second to none. My wife gets complements all the time. Misty always greets us with a smile and William turns out amazing quality work. Very pleased and will be back again.

I have purchased several custom-made items from Niche, including 3D photo charms (check their website for examples) and a new wedding ring to replace the cheap one from Zales that was originally purchased on a college student budget. I must say that I was surprised to see a 1-star review because we have always had a pleasurable experience and my wife loves each and every unique piece we own.



The most notable difference between William and other jewellers is his mastery of the latest technology, including 3D computer design and laser welding. This allows him to create a piece from scratch that is truly one of a kind, and all for a very reasonable price. You just have to tell William exactly what you want, and he can produce a piece you will always treasure.

I hope the other reviewer had the wrong place because our experience at Niche was fantastic! William was very helpful (from what my husband says) in getting the perfect diamond for me. Then he helped us design a custom band and happily made the changes after we reviewed the mock up. My mother had passed and I wanted to use her wedding set some how in our design. William suggested making a pendant out of her center stone and we used her accent stones to surround mine in the band. I could not be happier! I have two beautiful ways to remember my mom and a unique wedding ring that no one else has!! I highly recommend everyone at Niche Jewelery!

I stumbled upon William and Niche Jewelry a few years ago. I am no easy customer as I have jewelry ADD and am so indecisive. William has made some very beautiful pieces for me and has nothing but patience with me. My family from Idaho now has their jewelry taken care of by Niche as well. You can certainly go elsewhere and spend more money but William and his staff cannot be beat for service or quality.

My husband to be bought my engagement ring here after a friend's referral. I must say this place does not get my seal of approval! After only one year the band of the ring broke! To add insult to injury the store said that because we are a couple of months outside of the one year mark they will not fix their broken merchandise with out us paying for it! It's not like I'm asking them to replace a lost diamond just a QUALITY band for my engagement ring!!!!
