Toner Refill

Johnstone Supply has been using Toner Refill since 2012. This company has outstanding customer service from when placing an order with Stephanie to when our toner cartridges are delivered. I appreciate that Toner Refill recycles the cartridges instead of us sending them to a landfill. Their prices are extremely competitive and delivery is prompt. Vance has been extremely helpful in keeping our printers, copier and fax machines in good working order. This company is a pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend them.

I had what I thought was a problem with one ink cartridge which turned out to be two cartridges. Toner Refill discovered not only one but two cartridges with a problem and they replaced both. I also needed another cartridge which was almost out and the repairman was ready with the additional cartridge so I was able to purchase the one I needed without the need to wait, right then and right there.

From when Miss Stephanie picks up the phone to assist you, to Van getting the toner to our office, the service is exceptional. Our toner gets here within 24 hours of order and Van takes the extra time to check our printers if something is going on with them at no additional charge. Both Van & Stephanie are very kind and professional. I highly recommend using them for your toner/printing needs!

I have always had GREAT service with Toner Refill! EXCELLENT customer service. There have been one or two cartridges that just didn't want to work for me, but they took care of it right away and now pre-test all my cartridges to prevent it from happening again. VERY pleased with this company!

We have a great printer that can really pump out the copies. It quit working, so we figured we needed to have the ink refilled. Due to our positive past experience..... ..... We called "Toner Refill". The new toner was delivered like clockwork. After replacing the cartridge, the printer still did not print. We called "Toner Refill", they said they would be happy to let us return our new cartridge we just bought, they would also be happy to look at our printer, to see what the issue might be. The owner himself checked out our printer. Well, sure enough..... our printer needed a new part, they ordered it, installed it, and our printer was back in a matter of days. "Vance" (the owner) even stopped by a day or two later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Absolutely!!!! And we couldn't be happier with our printer AND the service. I have to tell ya, the kind of feeling and service quality we have received VERY time from "Toner Refill" is like back in the Good ol'e days when business was done on a hand shake. I can't tell you how impressed I am. My printer ran out of ink.... the business I usually go to was on the other side of the city. I called "Toner Refill" for the very first time, and found out not only did my main cartridges needing filled cost less, but they do FREE delivery as well. I had called an hour after dead-line for the same day delivery..... But, to my surprise, 2 hours later, my cartridges were here. I also can't say enough about how GREAT and professional the guys where helping me with my phone order AND even the delivery guy was nice. Why go anywhere else, when you can just pick up the phone. Next order I place, I'm planning on bringing my personal home printer cartridges to be filled as well (you just swap them out, it's that quick) FYI, I don't know anyone at "Toner Refill" , I'm just a REALLY satisfied customer, and I HIGHLY recommend them.
