BEWARE. After having a lot of issues for 3-5 months with these people, I switched to another business to handle my needs. Sooner tried to lock me into a death trap of a service contract and after telling them I wanted to cancel their services, they suddenly became very attentive to our needs as a company, only to try and keep us I suspect...Came to find out after switching to a new copier care company, that sooner copier machines had been using 3rd party supplies in our machine that was not approved by SHARP, and that's where our problems were coming from. well, that and the poor service... waiting 2 days on a technician to come to our aid when we were totally not able to operate as a company is ridiculous. Not to mention, upon doing some google research, I found out that the owner (John Miller) of Sooner Copy machines has been in a lot of trouble regarding his past female employees, and has been convicted of sexual harassment. This company is poor..... never again
