I called to get new tires I was hung up on 6 times. I asked for the manager-I was told his name was Gary
Gary would not answer the phone. So I drove to the store to find out why I was hung up on 6 times. Gary the manager said he was to busy to deal with phones calls because he was opening the store. Needless to say I did not buy my tires from Gary I went to discount tires and received the best service EVER.

Brought a vehicle there for a simple starter change and asked if they would look at the switch on wiper and what it would take to put a gas guage in. Clearly stated, don't do anything until I know the cost.
They said the wiring harness had been cut, so they didn't want to mess with the electrical. The starter would cost $60 plus an hour's labor ($80). High labor but was approved. TOTAL BILL-$301.44
CHARGED $80 JUST TO LOOK AT THE ELECTRICAL, THE REST WERE MISCL COSTS THAT WERE NEVER APPROVED!! THIEVES-NEVER GO THERE.

I have never had a worse experience with an automotive service provider. Not only did they charge me for something I did not ask for or approve, and fail to complete the work I asked for, one of their delinquent employees decided to damage my interior trim panel in order to steal the brake light socket and brake light failure sensor from my tail light housing (without which I was left with no brake lights at all).

Despite the obviousness of why this kind of behavior is unacceptable, it's so much worse when you consider the fact that this theft created a road hazard by disabling my brake lights and essentially putting my life in danger.

I urge everyone to stay away from this Pep Boys.
