Interbank

We ended up with InterBank when they bought out Union. We had loved doing business with Union Bank. These people at InterBank are rather worthless, there seems to be nothing but confusion and problems with our account and there is nobody intelligent at the bank to help us. It takes several phone calls to even reach an intelligent person and though they try to help it seems like we get run in circles. Their fees have gone up and their service has gone way down hill. We had trouble with our password reset on the Internet account and it took four phone calls and three trips to the Edmond branch to get real help. They are tougher than bricks to deal with.
