The law office of Allen, Richards and Pace, P.C. does significant practice in the area of Social Security law and has provided legal services to the disabled since 1985. Experienced attorneys, with expert support staff, handle all of our cases. We provide representation to our clients from the initial application level through the Federal Court level. We enjoy a very high level of success at the hearing level, winning in excess of ninety percent of our cases at that level. We also provide representation before the Appeals Council and in Federal Court claims. We would be happy to review cases for appeal which were lost at the hearing or Appeals Council level. In Federal Court litigation we petition the court for attorney fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act, so that the cost of litigation and attorney fees is borne by the federal government. We will represent you on a contingent fee basis, which means you owe us nothing until we have won your case.
