The best heating and A/C company we have ever found in the Tampa area, and we've tried several! The AirHawk name should be mentioned in the Thesaurus definition of "Customer Service". The technicians are knowledgeable and considerate, and the culture of the company has taken on the personality of its honest and kind owner, Joe Massa. If you havent tried them, I suggest that you do.

My father owned an a/c co. for years and just closed shop a couple months ago. I was dreading calling someone else to come fix my a/c but Air Hawk was awesome and my dad said I got a great deal, which was obviously a plus! I would definitely use Air Hawk again.

Joe answered the phone at 8:00pm! I was amazed. We made an appointment for the next day, and he arrived on time! It was the 1st time I had met Joe. Very impressed. The guy knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable, great service, and very honest.

My air died and I called Air Hawk at 10:00 PM hoping to get on the list for morning call back. Joe called me back in ten minutes. His first concern was making sure we would be able to stay cool overnight. Then he setup a service call for 8:00 AM the next morning to evaluate our issue. Joe ordered the part and returned later that day to do the repair. We had our air back up and running by dinner.

I am extremely impressed with the level of knowledge and expertise that the owner Joe has. I initially called him out because a couple bedrooms in a new home that we purchased weren't cooling as well as the rest of the house and he arrived that afternoon to check it out and schedule a day to have it worked on. The very next day, which was a Saturday, we noticed that the temperature in the entire upstairs was about 10 degrees hotter than we had it set for so we called him up and he completely diagnosed the problem with us over the phone. He was at our house the next morning and had it all fixed in about 5 minutes! I would very highly recommend Air Hawk Heating and Cooling to anyone wanting their unit serviced right the first time!
