My vw van broke down while in Carlsbad visiting my step brother, I called AAA and the tow truck driver recommended Certified transmission. Even though the job was expensive , I think it was a fair price from calling other repair shops and asking for price. The women Crystal and Cindy where very professional. Van was done on time. I recommend them to anybody wanting to know.

I took my car in to O.T. where the great customer service began as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a gentleman name David. I informed him that I am a return customer & had previous issue's with the transmission. I was extremely worried & was expecting the worse. I got a call from Dennis (manager) he informed me that there have been a couple leaks from transmission & he would review further with his boss that was out of town & call me next morning once he returned. Next day I get the expected call that I had been waiting on to hear from Dennis "hello how are you" I'm ok, "Do you have a minute" I said to myself wow this is not gonna be good! & I am going to have to explain to my Fiance who's away in Afghanistan. He said I discussed the issue with my boss & we have come to an agreement that we are gonna take care of your vehicle at NO cost! I could not thank him enough!! Oceanside Transmission I highly recommend your services. All in All you guys all Rock!! Thanks a million for your gratitude, time & labor. This is what I call "GREAT" customer service.

They were all smiles to start. They rebuilt my 2005 Mustang transmission. When I picked it up and drove away, I noticed a very annoying and obvious rattle coming from under the car that was not there when I took it in. I took it back the next day and had to leave it all day to fix. They said they took care of it, but when I picked it up, it was still there, but maybe 50% less. I was hoping it would go away, but it got worse, so I brought it back. Again, I had to leave it all day. No more smiles. They said they didn't cause it, it was an exhaust hanger problem that was a Ford design flaw, but said they fixed it anyway. However, when I picked it up, they gave me the card of a muffler shop and were preparing to dig their heels in. I said it didn't make the noise when I brought it here, it does now, but if you fixed it, there's no problem. They grumbled Ok. Luckily, the noise was not there after their THIRD try and two extra days of my time without a car.

I had my vehicle towed into Oceanside Transmission today, I was told by a Auto Dealership that I needed a new transmission, after I received a qoute for much less for a transmission than the dealership from Oceanside Transmission I had them tow my vehicle to do the repair. I receive a phone call to hear that the vehicle was done and the charge was $346.03 that I did not need a new transmission just a repair to my own.



They are very friendly and honest.
