Worst theater I've ever been to! All 4 employees I encountered & was friendly & said "hi" to did not say a word back! Most miserable employees working there. & I had to go ask to have the movie turned on after 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Got no apology, I was only treated like I was inconveniencing them! Will NEVER go back there! I can see why on a Friday night No one was there, people only go once & never go back! Theater employees give place a very bad unfriendly vibe! Don't know why employees are so unhappy!? Tried to have a nice night out w/my daughter & the employees really put a damper on our mother daughter time! Don't go to this theater if you want to have an enjoyable night!

I wish this rating could be numbers I would give 1/2 because the people serving popcorn are nice. However a female called by Angela is rude. I work with special needs. Some theatres work with the ADA. Long story short I've asked before and have been told yes. Well each time Angela is around she has a snotty attitude and is really rude. As if she doesn't like the special needs population. This is just an observation the last 3x I have gone. My advice to to regal. More people but better help.
Horrible Management Company!! Been over 3 months and have not gotten my security deposit back!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Going to have to sue them if I don't get my renters deposit back. It's been 6 weeks!

I would NOT recommend Ranch and Sea Property Management if you are looking for a rental property in the Oceanside area. I was very disappointed in their agents. I tried to contact an agent for 6 days to look at 1 property. I had to hassle them 24/7 to in contact with anyone. The only thing I was successful in getting in contact with was the voicemail system. The manager wouldn't even call me back. The agent never did follow up with me after our initial conversation to set up a showing after I explained that we were on a tight timeline, so I finally had to go into the office to get any results after 6 DAYS. The agent was VERY, VERY rude. She clearly let me know I was not a priority of hers, that it took her 1-2 days to return voicemails on average, and she wanted to know if I was only there to vent to her? I have never been treated like that. I will never do business with them nor would I recommend them to anyone. If I had a property listed with this company, I would remove it. They have TERRIBLE customer service. I am a military family. We relocate every 2-3 years and deal with property management groups frequently, but I have never been treated like this. I was looking to rent a place in the next 24 hours. I have already placed my deposit elsewhere, so they lost business already. Customer service is everything... this place doesn't have it!! I would hate to have to deal with them after I rented a place, during a closing or buying process, or to have a rental property with them. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!
