        To whom it may concern,



        On or about Nov. 23, 2014, a few days before Thanksgiving, I was preparing to travel in order to get ahead of an impending storm. I was awaiting an important package that was delayed by a previous storm.



        P.S.E. Ashleigh Hands at the Ocean City, MD Post Office went out of her way to track down my package. It’s my understanding she even did some of this work during her lunch break. She was even able to put the package in my hands on that day, allowing me to travel and beat the messy storm.



        I have always felt that the USPS employees in Ocean City go out of their way to assist their customers, however Ashleigh did far more than I would have expected.
