All of our motel rooms and condo rental units gladly welcome High School Graduates or so called June graduates during the month of June. June graduates are asked to sign a High School Graduate agreement that explains the rules and regulations that are enforced during the Beach Week in Ocean City, MD. Group rentals are welcome in certain units throughout the year. We will gladly accept pets at some of our condos and townhouses at Parrot Bay Condos, as we ourselves are pet lovers and know how valuable it is for the entire family to travel together. We are located near the bay and some green areas where you can walk your pet. Once you arrive, please obey local animal control ordinances, be courteous to other Ocean City vacationers and keep your pet on the leash when outside. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the Ocean City beach from May 1 till October 1; however, pets are allowed on the beach at Assateague National Park year round, and we will allow you to leave your pet in the condo unattended as long as they are well-behaved pets! Your pet will also love the Ocean City Dog playground located on 94th street.
