In response to Johnnie Vapor's review:We at Mitchell Design and Graphics pride ourselves on our customer service. With that said, we are human, we do occasionally make mistakes. When we do, we make every effort to correct them in a timely manner, and never at any cost to the customer.Mr. Vapor picked his shirts up late on Thursday afternoon. He called later at 10 minutes until 5 to report that he had a problem with the sizes. He wanted the shirt reprinted that same day. I politely told him that this was not possible but we would do our best to correct it the following day. (There was never a mention of waiting until Tuesday of the following week, nor was I in any way rude.) Also, at no time during the conversation was I told by Mr. Vapor to "never mind" redoing them.We reprinted the shirts Friday AM, they were finished about 10 AM, and Mr. Vapor was called and notified that they were done and could be picked up anytime. At his request I would have happily dropped them off.I deeply regret the problem and the inconvenience to Mr. Vapor but I don't know how we could have handled it any more quickly.
I ordered 35 large and 15 medium (total of 50) custom t-shirts from Mitchell Graphics last week with understanding they would be completed by today, Thursday, 13 Mar 14.I picked up my t-shirts today, the 13th, and when I got them back to my store I discovered that the 15 "mediums" were actually Extra Large.I contacted Mitchell and they indicated that would be at least next Tuesday until I received the correct size / order. I expressed that I need the shirts immediately as I told them last week that I need them by today. I could deal with picking them up tomorrow though as I understand employee incompetence. After I told them I needed the 15 replaced by tomorrow for my promotion (which they agreed to last week), I was told that it was impossible and that there is nothing they could do. I expressed to them that I would not satisfied and to "nevermind" as it would do me not good. The Mitchell rep stated "ok because nothing we could do anyway because of time and day".I'm not going to type anymore as I hope that what I indicated above is more than enough to illustrate how customer service to Mitchell is definitely not a concern..I will make every effort to share this story with every person I come in contact with, I'm not trying to be vindictive, however, Mitchell needs to be aware that they provide terrible customer service after they receive customer payment after the sale.Best,--Johnny Vapor Mays
