Francis the Pharmacist is wonderful and always happy and cheerful. He always has a smile and an elated enthusiasm. There is free home delivery. Always busy but never a long wait time. He tries to fill all scripts as soon as you bing them in. A small hometown business with the personal touch you do not get at moist places these days. Always full of information about new scripts and knowledgeable. Staff is always attentive and courteous.
The people that work at this Publix (Canopy Oaks) are terrific, very nice, willing to help you out in many ways. Props to Debbie and others at the Pharmacy, who without their help, I would never figure out the hows and whats of medicine & insurance.BUT, there are two bad issues with the store, it's prices and the crowd. Canopy Oaks Publix has the highest prices on most of the items there (very few exceptions), plus they make so it hard to save...BOGOs are the only real deal. The bulk of the rest of the "sale" items require a higher outlay than Walmart regular prices. And make sure what you have is the actual item on sale, there is a lot of "narrowing" where you think you have the product on special but it is not the right size!!! And then there is the crowd from "On Top of the World". When that nearby retirement housing development's residents set upon the store, it is a madhouse!!! The cry over the PA "All store personal to the front" is heard often. And trying to get around the "Walking Dead" is utterly impossible. And if you have (like I do) a handicap parking permit, forget it, rarely is one open! And don't THINK of parking in the golf cart spots!!!
Great staff and service , transferred my rx there and was more than pleased, they even had the old time cough medicine I needed thank you EP.!!!
This is the best pharmacy that I've dealt with in Ocala.. You get personal service and if you have questions Sally is more than happy to help you.. Been doing business with them for many years and will never change..I've dealt with Walgreens and CVS in the past.. You don't get the personal service like you do at 17th street..Thank you Sally and Staff for many years of great service..
Was told medicine was ready yesterday. Came to get it and said he needed to finish filling the prescription. I said I needed to go and what time they were open until. He said I could have them filled already talking to you and was rude. No wonder they are going out of business.
THE STAFF AT 17TH STREET HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THEY ANSWER PHONE ON FIRST RING WITH REAL PERSON THEY KNOW MY NAME WHEN COME THROUGH DOOR AND THEY COMPOUND MY PET AND MY PRESCIRPTION QUICKLY AND CALL ME WHEN IT IS DONE EARLY
the worst pharmacy I've ever been to... the lady was very rude she didn't know what she was talking about, she didn't want to fill my prescription, me and my family will never go there again Walgreens is so much better to fill your prescription
Thank you for the great service. Very kind people. wonderful compounding services. The pharmacist is very personable and very helpful. Thank ya'll so much for wonderful service.
False advertising. Yellow pages says 24 hours. Bulls**t closes at 12. What a wasted trip. Get your s**t together people. Caused me to waste time and Gass. All I needed is some oragel. Damn tooth is killing me!!!
