I must disagree with the other review. The staff is always courteous. They are quick. When I took in a heavy leather jacket, they informed me it would have to be sent out & it would have cost more to clean than replace! The cleaning service is impeccable. I find either of Rick's locations to be the fastest most professional dry cleaners in Ocala.

Sorry - But, someone needs a good lesson in PR (public relations) and good customer service. You would think after being a customer for 9 years and spending an average of $1200 per year (YES, that's right) - You would think they would be willing to reimburse me for a $36 sweater . . . They didn't!!!
