Lotus Cleaning Services

I'm really concerned about the effects of chemicals on health and the environment and had always wanted to have my home reflect that. I also have a small child and didn't want her to be exposed to the chemicals in most commercial cleaners. That's why I decided to try Lotus Cleaning Services. I've been using Lotus for almost two years now, and I'm grateful for their professional and conscientious help. I'm a single mom working a full time job, and even though I can only afford cleaning every other week, I still feel like my home's cleaner and there's so much less for me to do. Lotus' staff is always friendly and I feel comfortable with them in my home. They really do an excellent job.

Lotus has been cleaning for me for over six months, and their attention to detail and efficient service is the best I've found after years of living in the East Bay. No complaints here. They've always responded quickly to my requests and suggestions, as well as scheduling changes. Thank you Lotus.

They did a great job the first time. Subsequent visits were not worth the $86 for a one bedroom apt. They didn't move stuff off counters/table tops to clean; didn't sweep before mopping. When I called the owner, her response was that perhaps the workers were tired or it was the end of the day. Not what a paying customer wants to hear.
