Nature's Art

Ihave traveled to Natures Art for years, since it opened. I have never found the staff to be anything but helpful and

polite. The quality of the educational toys and jewelry continues to draw me back to shop with my grandsons and

to Christmas shop. I have enjoyed going there year after year. The park is an addition that we have not explored

yet but expect to on our next trip. Judi in New Haven area.

I went to this park spending a total of $120 for the day which was fine until the end of my trip. We went to the gift shop and bought ice cream. Mind you 3 small cones were $9.38. My daughter had a cone that had a crack in it and the top broke off. She had left the bottom part of her cone. Any place you would go to would replace at no charge. A manager wouldn't allow a free replacement and made us pay $3.00 again. I called two days later to notify another manager thought maybe someone else would care. They said sorry we will adress the issue. Not that I wanted anything free by all means but I don't think an I'm sorry cut it. I had two friends with me that spent the same as I did. Overall rating overpriced and unacommidating staff!!!!!!
