A complete cheat! Exactly what the previous clients said, it's a nightmare to deal with this company! Had a bunch of missing items, boxes, mirrors, kitchenware were broken, everything was just dumped in the boxes with absolutely no care at all!! You call customer service to complain, they hang up on you! Call them again, speak to a different one, they hang up again!They estimate full service for $3,000, you end up paying $5K, with all the hidden and under the table fees! Dan, the specialist was super nice while going over estimate, but will be nowhere to be found when problem arises! Beware! And if you make a mistake and deal with them, email Legal@MovingClaims.net.
Moving with them is a nightmare. Wouldn't honor contract, wanted more money, including under the table, and held our furniture until they got more money. Boxes were crushed, many items missing, furniture damaged, glass broken, disgusting. Won't answer the phone or they put you on hold for hours. We have done everything we can think of to get this resolved, unfortunately we will have to contact the Attorney General or a lawyer. Seem to have a license to steal.
Extremely disappointed. Nice during phone estimate promising me how professional they were. Gave me a lowball estimate and when the driver showed up he walked in within one minute sat down and wrote out a new bill for me that was 3 grand more then my phone estimate. The movers left 20 percent of my goods that they were suppose to load (and they knew exactly what was suppose to be loaded) Now I have to pay 750.00 for a uhaul to put what they left at the house. They did not inform me of the things they left and did not even bother to call for an overflow truck. Since the day the movers were there the company has refused to call me back and like their website says "Make it right" I called and the receptionist left me on hold for over an hour , came back on the line and didn't know why she had left me on hold. after six days of nobody returning my emails or phone calls I got an email demanding the balance of the bill or they would not deliver my goods. It is suppose to be a cash on delivery. So they want the full balance wired to them and then they are going to continue to ignore my calls and emails? My ex husband owned a moving company for 20 years and he told me there is fraud written all over this. Never has he asked a customer to wire them the balance or they would not get there goods. I have a right to check ogg all my goods and make sure they are there and not damaged before I sign off on any bill.My lawyer is on this like white on rice. DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
Classic case of ROGUE MOVERS. My experience in no way resembled their services advertised on their website. 1. They advertised credit cards, but demanded cash or certified check, grossly overcharged me, while holding my furniture hostage; and broke/lost items. 2. After taking 5 hours to wrap and load 16 items of vintage furniture onto a dilapitated truck, bogus fees were added and my estimated cubic footage was more than doubled along with the corresponding demand for cash (or certified check). 3. The office ignored my calls and emailed requests to recalculate. My furniture was held hostage upon delivery for the cash balance.4. The delivery guys were careless with box cutters, broke (and lost) the arm of a chair, and completely lost a queen sized headboard with 7 foot posts! The company has been unresponsive to my calls, emails, texts and certified letter. I have had several unsatisfactory exchanges through the Better Business Bureau, the matter is still unresolved. I trusted this company with my mother's legacy. I was grossly overcharged, and my items were irreparably damaged and lost! I could have done a far superior job by myself with a U-Haul. If you value your belongings -- AVOID MAJESTIC MOVERS, OAK PARK IL.

I’m satisfied with their service was moving a huge glass and very heavy dining table as I was moving my buffet restaurant. So, I started searching on the internet and different moving companies were responding. But they responded to my request very quickly. They were easy to work with, quick and committed with my needs, I really liked how they treated me during the whole move. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Had a fantastic moving experience with this company moving from Alabama to Maine. Phillip was really a life-saver and was there every step of the way. No matter how many emails I sent him or how many times in a day, he took the time out or at least called me back. The fact that he extremely responsive, helpful and professional I respect that and appreciate him making my long distance move easier than expected. Something that made me choose Majestic over the other was pricing. Just one thing to be aware of though is the payment - the company requires a deposit payment, a payment at pick-up, and payment at delivery, all three have different payment methods. They accept credit card only at the deposit stage. The pick up stage can made through multiple options of payment. The delivery stage you must pay in cash or through a postal money order. The price overall was comforting and reasonable for my bracket ust something to be aware of in case any of these may pose an issue. Hoping they adjust this in the future. Despite the payment situation no biggie, I am still giving them 5 solid stars because their service throughout the moving process was brilliant.
