I remember you actually .. The problem you had wasnt that hard but after trying to tell you what we would do to fix it you kept talking.. after about ten minutes of you saying the same thing 5 diffrent ways I asked you to bring it in. No I was not going to sit on the phone with you and try to fix it over the air. I not over the phone Tech support. For some reason people think all shops should work for free. And the only thing you had to do was say I needed my Plug Fixed... not hard but cant do it on the phone.. As for being rude. Trying having a person tell you the same thing 5 times 5 diffrent ways ask for thier advice then tell them they are wrong.. Yea I hung up
