        Overall

        The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been a month since my accident and I cannot get a hold of ANYONE. They are just terrible. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague.

        Overall

        Terrible customer service. Secretaries there are not responsive. Say they will call after filing an accident claim, and they do not call back and avoid calls. Just overall terrible insurance company..would not recommend it to anyone
