They got my order wrong. Gave me a king size bed instead of a queen. To fix it they told me they would order a new queen, but gave me the scratched up floor model. They 1st denied doing this, but I pointed out the tape residue from where they stick on the floor tags. I got a sheepish look of guilt and an admission. They gave me the king bed, and gave me $200 certificate toward the purchase of a new mattress. I could not bring myself to use it. They will stick it to you if they can.
