        Service was absolutely amazing, the people were very kind and enjoyed everything. The fried pickles were a little over cooked but they recognize the problem without complaint and gave us a free appetizer card as a kind gesture . Will definetly be returning for the amazing customer service

        We were there last night to celebrate my daughters birthday. There were 8 of us. The food came out for 7 of us we were told they forgot one order. It was suppose to be a filet, it was a sirloin that they brought out. My son-in law ate it anyways because the rest of the party was almost done with thier dinner. They must have set the potatoes for the order on the side, when they were served they were cold.We told the server that we were celebrating my daughters birthday when we first arrived.The server brings our check and again we informed her of the birthday,She then brought out the saddle for her to celebrate,then goes to get the ice cream that is always served to the birthday person. It was a bowl of ice cream that looked like a bowl of soup. It was totally melted. A manager came over like they always do and asked how our everything was , as soon as we started to explain, I guess he noticed we already had our check. Changed the subject and told us to have a nice evening.

        Excellent food!

        We arrived at 4pm on a Monday and the restaurant already had a wait. We were told 20-25 minutes and waited for 5. The waitress was friendly enough. The steak was perfect. I ordered medium rare and usually receive at least medium. This stark was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed my experience and will eat there again.

        Management sucks

        Arrived sunday afternoon with a party of 9, after waiting 30 min we were taken through the restaurant to our table, which had ppl sitting at it. We then stood there until a manager finally told us "SOMEONE" took our table and that we would have to wait another 30 min or we could split our group and sit on diff sides of the restaurant. We left...

        We LOVE these restaurants. We have been to several in different states and the steaks (and other foods) are always delicious!!! We love the consistency between the different restaurants. The service has always been great also. Please keep doing whatever it is that your doing. Thanks.
