Steve explained the steps he would be taking to eliminate the insect pests in our home and yard. He responded to my questions and went a step further to treat an area on our deck where we have developed a bee issue. I would highly recommend this technician and hope we will be seeing him for future appointments.

This was my first time using Aptive Environmental. I was extremely pleased with Kyle, the service technician. He was extremely knowledgeable of the products. He did a thorough job of inspection and applied extra treatments where needed. He explained what he was doing and why. I would definitely keep my contract and will request Kyle for the next service call.

Our Tech Colon did a great job covering our whole house. In addition, he went above and beyond by also spraying out walkway and some other items in our yard that would be susceptible to spiders and ants. He also explained what he was doing and why as he went along. He was very nice and very professional.

While I’m not super happy with the office or their attempt at customer service, Scott Walls came out today for a quarterly service call. He was polite, friendly, helpful, professional and actually helped with the inquiry the office staff didn’t do. This company rid my house of spiders - and we had them badly. But my rating is definitely based on the servicemen I’ve had out to the house, not the office staff.

Technician, Colin Wiley was professionally and thorough in explaining what he was doing today and answered my questions.

This was a quarterly treatment. Chantelle worked quickly and quietly to perform the treatment. He showed up when he said he would. He has done a good job.

Dylan did an amazing job calling to find out the problem then taking care of it. Bugs have gone.and shall not return.

My technician, Steve Lamont, was very professional and courteous, listening to all of my concerns. He explained the areas he was spraying, and reassured me that they would be back immediately to reapply (should I need it) at no charge.

Showed up on time and came out again to spray again prior to the following appt date. We had hundreds of bee's and hundreds of stink bugs come out of nowhere and just hung out all over our home...

This was a return service call from scheduled one last week. I have a nasty carpenter bee infestation at the back of my house. Service tech, J. Miller, was totally professional and very attentive. The return service call was free, also!

Mercedes D has been so quick and knowledgeable on how to protect me, Sanjay G, from pests and other insects. She was a great team member.
