Teachers' Memorial Middle School provides educational instructions to more than 500 students in grades six through eight. The school s academic curriculum includes art, computer education, family and consumer science, math, music, physical education, reading, technology education and world languages. It has a parent-teacher organization that includes school staff, parents and community and work together to sponsor a variety of activities, such as evening school events, dance competitions and field trips. The school has guidance counselors that serve as consultants to teachers and parents by providing information that assists in meeting student academic and emotional needs. Teachers' Memorial Middle School is operated by the Norwich Public Schools that also operates other elementary, middle and high schools.
