This attorney was hired by the non custodial mother of my son. she has adopted her clients daughter who is half sibling to my son. when asked abut the adoption she lied to the court untill I surfaced adoption paper work and she was to exit the case. 5 years later she back in the game on the case! she fights and bullies me and in court to no end. you would think she would be a conflict of interest to the case. I've been threaten with jail time! sickening to my stomach. Mcquaid believe her client who has been proven an unfit parent can raise and parent my son! truly this is sickening to see a lawyer who is raising her clients child and she is fighting to get client custody of my son who I have raised for 10 years.

Ms. McQuaid was hired to represent my daughter in a divorce. She received a retainter of $2500.00 from my 75 year old mother so she could begin the case which was in January of 09. My daughter decided against the divorce after the complaint was filed and Ms. McQuaid was to return the remaining balance of the retainer back to my mother as of June 09. To date she has made every excuse in the book and has lied continuously to my mom and myself and she still has not received the remaining balance of the retainer. If this is how Ms. McQuaid practices law I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.
