Top Notch Tailors and Dry Cleaning

I am back, with the zipper coat story. While I was there to pick up my coat that was not ready and still no zipper, I asked the clerk to phone the owner that I would like to speak with her the clerk was rude and kept asking me why do I want the owner, that the coat is not here and she would check with the owner about my coat. I AM VERY UPSET AND INSISTED SHE GET THE OWNER ON THE PHONE! The owner said, your coat is not ready she is sick and after all it is a WINTER COAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So much for the one month agreement. I left and when I got home I got a call from the clerk that I could pick up my coat the next day. Oh and by the way, the zipper was in the coat pocket the whole time, BUT THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT EVEN THOUGH THAT'S WHERE THEY PUT IT! The zipper was sewn in off the track and on the track like a 2 yr old did it. I refused to pay for this mess. The clerk told the owner that it needed to be done over. I said no thankyou. As I left the clerk yelled GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
