Ridener Appraisal Service

showed up drunk to my property, made up a reason to have to do a re-inspection, charged for it.. but never did the re-inspection.

This is a horrible company!!!! We bought a house a few years ago and this company gave an appraisal of 30K below the value. There were mistakes on the appraisal that Quicken Loans found as well as BOTH real estate agents. When Quicken requested a re-evaluation they just took the same appraisal and had another appraiser sign their name and resubmit it. ( A BIG violation for appraisers that can lead to loss of license) We moved to a new mortgage company, got a brand new appraisal and guess what??? 31k higher than this hack company. Be VERY careful dealing with them!!!
