Alarmax Distributors Inc

In today's ecomony a business who chooses to not sell to another business owner is as wise as cutting your nose off to spite your face. When entering this business, the owner/manager was sitting on a stool talking to a woman cashier. After requesting alarm parts, the salesman informed us he does not sell to the public. Our response was we are sole proprietors and were reaching in our pocket to pull out the contractor's license. This manager/owner (unknown which) stopped his salesman and informed us he wanted to know why we were there. Our reply was that Home Depot had just informed us to come here since we were business owners and they had the parts we needed. This rude man then told his salesman to stop everything and told us he refused to sell to us, and told us to leave. When we inquired why he would do this, his reply was he was an ___hole.



Thank God in today's economy there are businesses who know the value of a customer and how to run a business. Our experience shows this is not one of those businesses. Interestingly enough, there were no customers in the store. I guess they are very comfortable with no customers.
