Provided by DexKnowsDo not hire this company to do any work for you. We hired them to inspect and clean our furnace. First of all the bill was 3 times what was quoted on the phone and secondly the heater did not work again after they left. A licensed electrician fixed our heater by finding a wire that had been disconnected inside and tucked away so it couldn't be easily noticed. The electrician strongly believes they sabotoged our heater.

Provided by DexKnowsI had these guys come out to my house. They 'tried' to fix my air conditioning unit. They replace a condenser and I later found out that they had OVERCHARGED me by 3 times the amount that one would normally pay. They took advantage of me because they knew that this woman didn't know anything about air conditioning repairs. Don't be HOODWINKED! This company responded to me very rudely and told me that this was the 'norm' rate for repairs. All I have to say is DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Provided by DexKnowstook total advantage of someone who wouldn't know the difference. tech told me my furnace was leaking gas...it was not. told me that it needed to be replaced immediately to the tune of over 3k. then continued on to tell me my water heater was also in terrible shape...i did not call them out to look at my water heater. i declined his options and called another company. my furnace is fine as is my water heater. will NEVER use this company again.

Provided by DexKnowsWhen I called for service, to have a faucet and garbage disposal installed in a new sink, I asked for a ballpark price. I was told that could not quote a price over the phone and would charge me $45 to show up and provide a quote. I made the mistake of assuming the price would be reasonable. I was wrong. They quoted $804 for the two installs! I told them to take a hike, which they did with my $45. What a racket!FYI, Home Depot quoted me, over the phone, $218 firm, for the same job. Lesson learned!

Provided by DexKnowsThree items on my A/C needed to be replaced. All three were under warranty. Brothers quoted me over two thousand dollars for the work. Other quotes were $300 and $400. Brothers quoted me $1800 more than anyone else. I have heard the same from others. Hold on to your wallets and call someone else. They did not bother to explain this to me when I questioned them on the price. $2,200 for warranty work is borderline criminal. They should be investigated for trying to rip people off.

Provided by DexKnowsThis is only the second time we've ever had furnace problems, but Brother's has been the one to service our furnace both times because they were willing to come out within the hour we called them. Other company's offered to come out the next day or even the coming saturday, when we needed help sooner then that. The technian's are always friendly, informative, and professional - such as Ken D. who replaced the electric igniter in our furnace this round. Brother's isn't always the cheapest, but they've always shown up promptly for the job when other company's wouldn't bother to send a truck - the extra cost is worth it because they will show up.

I called and left a message with Precision Plumbing (because they were the first company that came up in my search) - I am so glad I found Brothers Plumbing...After leaving two phone messages with Precision (I STILL haven't been called back). I did another search. Brothers answered the phone and scheduled to come fix it that afternoon! They answered the phone, great customer service, not only on-time - even came slightly earlier and got it fixed! I will be calling them again!!
