What to expect from massage experience:
During your initial visit, you will be required to fill out paperwork consisting of general client information, massage history, and health history. The client is also asked to sign a disclaimer, cancellation policy, and HIPPA form. The client will be provided with a bill of rights and asked to sign a form acknowledging their rights. This process typically takes less than 15 minutes.
A typical massage session will last 30 to 90 minutes, with a longer session allowing for more extensive treatment. For treatment, the client disrobes to their comfort level and is covered by a sheet and/or blanket. The therapist only uncovers the particular part of the body being worked on at that moment.
Therapy Fees:
Therapy fees range from $35 to $100 according to length of visit and modalities used. All rates include sales tax unless otherwise

Swedish massage is one of the most commonly practiced forms of massage therapy. It was developed by Dutch Doctor Johann Georg Mezger in 1868. Oil or massage cream are used along with a series of five strokes. They include effleurage (gliding), friction (rubbing), petrissage (kneading), percussion (vibration) and tapotement (tapping). SM is best known for alleviating muscle tension, calming the nervous system, increasing circulation and promoting a sense of relaxation and well being. It is often used in conjunction with other forms of massage therapy.
Deep Tissue Massage
Knuckles, hands, elbows and forearms are commonly used to perform deep tissue massage techniques. Firm pressure and slow strokes are applied to deep layers of muscle and fascial tissue to physically break down adhesions and lengthen taut bands. Repetitive use, physical injury, poor posture and muscle sprains & strains can cause pain & inflammation, disrupted circulation and limit range of motion. DTM is the perfect treatment for your rehabilitation needs.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage sessions can be either 60 or 90 minutes in length. During this session, I will address the most common areas of discomfort for a pregnant mother with a treatment session that is comfortable and relaxing, but also safe for both mother and child.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular therapy is a specialized form of manual manipulation of soft tissue utilizing static pressure on trigger points to release their chronic contraction. Trigger points are tender areas usually found in tight muscles. They radiate or refer pain to other parts of the body. They can also cause muscle weakness and restricted range of motion. Friction strokes are first used to warm the tissue followed by 8-12 seconds of compression to release the point. NMT can decrease pain, improve range of motion, increase circulation and enhance the function of joints and muscles.
