Used this service to pick up my daughter and her husband from their wedding reception and drive to their hotel, which was a very large complex of over 10 buildings, spread out over several acres. The driver unloaded them at the registration office, and took off, leaving them to trudge down the road and through several parking lots - in her WEDDING DRESS, carrying their bags, to get to the furthest building in the complex, to find their room. Complaint to the company resulted in an apology from the manager, saying she's sure the driver just made a mistake. I just couldn't believe that a "professional driver" would do this.
