Dr. Schlechter is an incredible doctor with a great artistic eye. My fillers and Botox has made me look so refreshed. He is also very honest and will not recommend services that are not needed, which I found quite reassuring. I plan on returning to him for all of my cosmetic needs. His office staff including Olga and Ali are amazing and provide incredible service and follow up. Ali does incredible facials - not to be missed!

I tore my earlobe last weekend, found great reviews online about Dr. Schlechter and called and he fit me in the same day! It was an easy. Procedure. I am back today for stitch removal and it looks good already. Cannot wait to have him repierced it in about 7 weeks. Love the office, the doctor and the staff!

Came to this office to see if Dr. Schlechter could fix fillers done to my lips by another person, as they were uneven. He did a great job. I am very pleased, and will return for other things.

Dr. Schlechter is a super-friendly guy who really took the time to understand how important it was for the gauges in my ears to be closed and to look appropriate for professional settings. He gave me open and honest information without trying to push the procedure. In the end, the results were far better than expected and my once-gauged ears now look almost natural. Highly, highly recommend. Skilled, efficient, and clearly cares for his patients. I also wanted to add that he gave me a discount after noting the procedure would be simpler than expected. Few people carry this level of integrity these days it seems.

Dr. Schlecter always answers my questions in a thoughtful, patient way. I have been thrilled with the results of the injections I have received.

Dr. S is very honest and somewhat conservative in his approach. I wanted his option on fillers and was planning on getting them... But wasn't 100 percent sure about it as I want I very natural look. He told me that I look great without it and maybe think about it down the line. He did not just take the money from me or try to sell me something else which I appreciated.

Admin and clinical staff were very friendly and well informed. I felt at ease when getting my procedure done. I highly recommend the services to anyone that need Coloboma repair (ear lobe repair).

My daughter and I had laser removal treatments done by Ali. The results were great and she made us feel very at ease during treatments. I would recommend her to anyone looking for this type of procedure.

He takes his time with you and does not recommend anything unnecessary. He is always pleasant and on time.

What can I say other than my experience with Dr. Schlechter has been one of the most exciting surgeries I have ever done in my life. You see, I have always been embarrassed of my ears for a very long time. I had a very large hole in one of my ears and a long tear on the other. I have worn the same earrings for the past 25 years... YES 25 years due to not being able to find specific earrings that would cover the awful imperfections. I wish I would of have known about Dr. Schlechter long ago and had my ears fixed. I now look forward to my husband splurge on DIAMOND studs for me. I love the personal attention, and the perfection of details that he gave to me. I would recommend him to anyone that has been skeptical about getting reconstructive surgery. Dr. Schlechter has truly amazing and gifted hands for perfection and his caring demeanor is what made me TRUST him when I first consulted with him.

Ali has been fantastic . She always evaluates my skin and provides recommendations to best treat . Each session that I have been too, Ali has been extremely thorough and professional. Each time I leave, I am very pleased with the treatment and service.

She has a great touch and massage part is what makes the experience so special. I started with this new client offer and got as free mini facial, and I was hooked. I like the honesty of this doctor. I came to see if he could do a revision to my nose from previous surgeries. He said that while he does a lot of these, mine being a 4th revision is very complex and he referred me to a doctor who does only nose surgery and revisions. It was refreshing to have a doctor be honest and do what is best for the patient and not just looking for the money.

Have had my lips injected elsewhere, never really loved the results. Heard about Dr. Schlechter and I thought I would try him. My lips look great, I am so happy. Not overdone, or uneven like in the past. Will not go anywhere else now.
