He explained everything to me, prioritized services I should consider (rather than push to have me do everything), was low/no pressure, and responded promptly to my texts and emails. In light of my experience with my hybrid system failure and subsequent issues with Corporate, he quelled my angst and addressed my needs with courtesy and professionalism. I can’t thank him enough.
