        Overall

        We have used Bright Insurance for a long time now and love the personal attention and care we receive from all the employees with this office. All phone calls go right through and questions are answered completely and thoroughly. We feel we are getting personal care at a great price.

        Unprofessional

        Had to chase them down to give me my quote since they failed to call when promised. Said they had auto done but had not yet completed home. After a week of not hearing back from them, I called and asked for the owner who didn't want to talk to me bacause his staff had told him I had been rude. I have never met such an unprofessional group in my life. Would not do business no matter what the price.
