        Overall

        We were very disappointed with CRA. We spent many hours discussing options for our new pool enclosure with the salesman and he came up with a design that seemed to offer lovely wide views at the top corner of our lanai.



        However, on the day of the build we saw immediately that the design they were building was completely different! The engineer had signed off on two different drawings on the same day! The one in the permit had only marginal changes from the original agreed design, but the one they used for the build was completely different.



        No-one consulted us about these changes or ever explained why there were two such different drawings. The pool cage they built was not at all what we hoped it would be. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
