Roman Cafe

We ordered a Large Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza and a Bucket of Wings. 20 minutes later our waitress came to our table and said there was a problem with the Pizza, but the Wings would be out in about two minutes. I asked what the problem was and was told they tried to make the Pizza with the cheese they had but after looking at it when it was almost done they realized that there was barely any cheese on it, they said they had just run out of mozzarella! I asked why we were not told this right away and was told they tried to get by with what they had left but it just wasn't enough. I told them that if we could not have the Pizza AND Wings we DID NOT want either. I was told that we had to pay for the Wings because they were already cooked. I said I would not. They said they would call the Police if I did not pay for the Wings and I told them that since they could not complete my order that I was not liable to pay for it. They called the Police and the Police said I was right!! VERY RUDE!!!

I'VE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS... THIS IS THE BEST SPOT TO GO FOR LUNCH OR DINNER WITH A LARGE GROUP OR JUST YOU AND A FRIEND... YOU NEVER HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR A TABLE AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING. THEY HAVE A WIDE VARIETY ON THE MENU AS WELL...

We have eaten at this restaurant several times. The food and service is excellent. We have never had a bad experience. The portions are large and the prices of the food are very reasonable.They have a large selection of appitizers. I highly recommend this place!

My first visit there on a visit from Kentucky. Brocoli Feticini was awsome. Server, Lyn, was just a doll and probably the best server I ever had.Prices are very good too, resonable enough to take the whole family. Highly recomended.I will return on my frequent visits to my old home town in Niagara County. John
