U-Haul of N Syracuse

I had them order a frame to frame round tube Hitch and wanted them to install it. Instead I got a cheap bumper mount hitch. All they would say is it has the same rating, but my issue is it wasn't what I wanted and it wasn't what I ordered. They just don't get it or seem to care enough to solve the issue. Never go there.

U-Haul is a lousy company to do business with - I have used them for every move I have made in the last 20 years. This move they charged me a fee for cleaning the truck - but it had been swept clean before return. I had that adjusted off and was supposed to pay a gas charge balance of $49 the day after Xmas. When I forgot to stop in and pay that they charged my brother's credit card (he had reserved the truck for me) for $78. I thought it was the cleaning fee that was supposed to be adjusted off - but no they charged $30 for me not bringing the money into them as scheduled. They claimed it was because they had to pay themselves for the gas & this was basically a late fee - but since they could charge it to the card the same day that doesn't make sense. From now on I'll use Budget or Ryder - U-Haul does not get another penny from me - EVER!
