        *Maintenance/Service review*



        I purchased my vehicle from the Castle Chevy dealership, but I normally have my oil changes done at this location as it is close to my mother's house. During the service I told my rep that my tire was leaking all throughout the past two weeks, but never dropping below 26psi.



        I guess they found a foreign object in my tire, and attempted to patch the tire as I was charged for this service. However, this morning my tire dropped to 18 psi, and there was an object inside my tire discovered by a local tire shop. When I called to resolve this situation, there was no manager available nor was the rep. able to provide some type of resolution.



        It is pretty petty to lose a customer whom has purchased their last two vehicles from your dealerships for a simple tire patch that was not done correctly, but I will no longer give Castle my business.
