Anytime Fitness

No wait to get on any machine. Very clean and friendly. 24/7! No other gym offers 24/7 like anytime fitness. Planet fitness says it’s 24/7 but it is not. They are closed on all holidays and all locations have different hours. Anytime fitness is the best option if you are looking for a gym!

I placed a 30 day notice that I was canceling my membership. I was double charged since I was moving. I was never contacted by phone, nor email. They say I was, but cant prove that I actually received any of it. Only thing that comes by mail to my new forwarding address 5 months later was from a credit collection company. Who mind you was extremely rude, and hung up on me when I questioned the bill. I wouldn't recommend anytime fitness. Facility is nice, but billing and the way business is run is very shady.

This facility is very nice, high quality machines, trainers are great. Unfortunately, since June I have had problems with billing. Random additional fees kept coming out of my account by mistake and I had to call their billing company several times to get it fixed. I froze my account when I went to college and in January a $60 payment came out of my account. I called and was told that's when I requested the freeze to be removed. HA! Why would I want a membership in a different county than where I go to school in the middle of the semester. I argued it with several people and was not reimbursed. I'm infuriated.
