Huggins Honda

Billy was incredible! He found the Van I wanted at the price and

wanted and went above and beyond to make my car buying experience with

Huggins Honda wonderful. It was worth the dust, construction, and traffic

to get my Honda from Billy Pieratt!

Please consider going elsewhere for the regular maintenance your Honda. I have had several problems with their service department. First, you have to wait about two hours for an oil change. Next, the sales people act like your car is falling apart. They try to sell you a high price service. For example they told me it would cost $650. for brake pads and fluid. I knew that was an extremely high price. It is hit or miss with the services. At times it goes o.k. and their manager smoothed over a problem once. They always have tons of people on staff everyday that I have gone. It does not look as if they are doing that much business. Maybe, the reason for the high prices?

Joe was great, complete no pressure sale. Joe made me feel that he was interested helping me find what I wanted. I had my own financing and he didn't even try a high pressure sale on thier financing. Simply asked "if they could beat it would I take it?" I submitted an app and they beat the APR on my pre approval. They didn't give me what i wanted on my trade in, but i got within $300 of it. Other dealers I have been to don't listen to what you say, they just continue the sales pitch and run over your concerns. With Joe it was like shopping with a friend. I knew he was going to make money on the sale of the car, but after how smooth everything went I was glad he did. I got a great car that I love, at a price I can brag about at work. I will be back to Huggins for all my Hondas. I am officially a Honda guy.

This was the third vehicle I have purchased\leased from Huggins and the customer service was beyond exceptional as usual. Everyone was friendly, patient, and there was no pressure at all. Hailey made the whole experience fun and exciting. I couldn't imagine buying a vehicle anywhere else. I am already excited for this lease to end so I can it go back and do it again.

Just want to let you know how helpful Bryan is. We discussed what needed to be done (B-1, wipers, state insp and oil change). Hope to see him next time with my Pilot. This is today, starting at 7:00am. He even retrieved my car after it was washed and vacuumed. Sincerely James Wysong

This was probably the easiest car I've ever bought. I think the most impressive part was how helpful everyone was - to the point where they watched my kids while I moved stuff from my old car to my new car!

This is our second used Honda CRV purchase from Huggins Honda. It was good 9 years ago and even better now. Lino was our salesman and he was amazing. He listened intently to what we wanted and showed us exactly what we hoped to see in a car. He answered all our questions and ultimately found a perfect match. The pre-owned sales manager, Jason Allison was superb and delivered us the best ever customer service experience at any car dealership. Can anyone believe all this took under a hour? My thanks to the Huggins Honda staff! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently got my car serviced here and they did an excellent job. I was only in town for a few says, and even though they didn t have the parts on hand I needed for my service, Nathan took it upon himself to go and pick them up so that I could get my car back in time to go back to Tulsa, where I live. I originally bought my car from this dealership, and although I ve since moved away, every time I come back, if I need something done, I try to take it in to Huggins because of the excellent customer service I have received there over the years. This time in particular, I feel Nathan went above and beyond. They have a great staff here

I just had a great experience buying my car and I am very happy about how everything with the sale went.

Mr. Chuck Evans was very patient, while my wife and I made the purchase. Mr. Evans was out in the drizzle/rain showing us the CRV selection. We came back a few days later and purchased the car.

Gary was super great and friendly. I am very glad we were able to purchase through yall. I did think that the gas tank was going to be filled up all the way and it was less than half a tank, but other than that I was happy and am happy.

Hands down this was the best car buying experience I ever had.

Very nice people working there, we needed a car quickly and they stay up to 9:30pm with me and my family to make sure to possession of our new vehicle that night!! A special thank you to Craig William and Holly who went the extra mile for us!!!
