NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR

(1) they showed up 2 hours late.

(2) one of the movers was under the influence of drugs.

(3) one mover called his wife to come to my grand mothers house and set in the car wile I helped the other mover

move my stuff.

(4) the driver lost his key to the trailer and it took him 15 mins to find it I was charged the 15 mins

(5) the claims people are very rude and do not work with them.

(6) DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY LOST OUR EXPENSIVE DESK, EQUIPMENT AND A BORROWED DOLLY!!! AND ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!

We looked around for movers to move our office, they had low rates, and we decided to go with them. Knowing what we know now, we would have paid more to have a professional movers! They came to our office about an hour late, they had a broken dolly so they asked us if we had one, we didnt have one so we borrowed one from our old maintenance crew. They were not careful with anything especially things that were marked "FRAGILE" there were boxes that were crushed. They had a truck and trailer, which was ok, but we expected more, they had to make 2 trips, on the second one, they lost a desk and our ergonomic expensive equipment. They did not return the dolly they borrowed, they claimed to have left it somewhere.

I had contacted Rhonda, who said one of the movers said they moved so many things they didnt know where the items were. The other mover did not return her call. She didnt return mine, so I called and she told me to file a claim. The email address she gave was invalid, I had sent an email and it bounced back. I responded to an email they sent me so I know it was the right one. Then I sent it the main one and they claimed they didnt get it.

Then we found out the dolly was never returned, so I called and spoke to Lindsay who said we would be reimbursed and we just needed the make and model. I said ok, then her boss James got on the phone and started screaming at me about emails not working and to mail it in. He would not let me even talk. I have never talked to some one so unprofessional in my LIFE! He put me on hold and came back and said are you literate enough to right down our address? WHO SAYS THAT??? I was appalled by it and hung up! This place has no morals, no work ethic, no one is held responsible for anything they do and they have no common courtesy! I was never so insulted and screamed at by someone before! He also told me "good luck writing a review no one will believe you" .. it looks like from a previous post they had the same horrible service we had! You do not have to find this out on your own, please choose a different company! They WILL LOSE YOUR THINGS, HAVE NO COMPASSION NOR CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY LOST!!! They believe their movers instead of their customers. We have no reason to lie, we just want you to be aware of how HORRIBLE THEY ARE! We sincerely hope no one has to go thru what we went through! PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THEM!
