Pure Pools of SW Florida Inc Pure Pools

I had Pure pools do my pool over and change my filter skimmer. The workers were very rude, my wife was afraid to go to the pool are, they were always asking for something to drink. the next day I had to take the off work to be home. we got a case off water and some snacks. Jim was very nice at first till he got the last payment. I have damage from there work, I have called Jim he never returns my calls, I have called the office talked with his wife after I called four times, I explained my problem she tried talking her way out. I told her that I have 60 Months guaranty on there workmanship. She told me OK I will have Jim go over. waited two weeks they never showed up. Called Jim's cell no reply, called the office no reply. Now I have lawyer. Stay away from Pure Pools. Just because they have a License don't mean they do great or good work.
