Oregano's Pizza And Bakery Inc

Just visited this establishment on Monday, 8/31/15. I'm also from NY and am used to NY style pizza, and this was some of the worst pizza I've ever had. The cheese and sauce had absolutely NO taste to it. NY style pizza has a little grease to it which is comes from real cheese. Don't need pepperoni to get a little grease. However, the pizza dough it is made from was very good. Shame the rest was so bad. When I told the lady who worked there that I was trying to find a good NY style pizza and I would know if it was, she became very arrogant about how it wasn't freshly made and I would be heating it up so it wouldn't taste the same. I have heated many slices of NY style pizza and it is still very good. I live here in North Port now permanently and I won't be back to Oregano's. The closest I have found to be like NY style pizza is the Super Day on South McCall Road, right past El Jobean toward Englewood.

I am from NYC I made pizza for years this is NY style pizza. I am here 16 years if u are going to poppa johns stop & go a few doors down u will be happy. Let's try to keep Jimmy busy so he can stay happy good pizza is still hard to find here.Thank u Jimmy
