As a government employee with a good dental plan, the receptionist tried to charge me $95.00 for a simple cleaning (normally it's 2 free cleanings per year). When I told her it didn't sound right, she instantly said $85.00 dollars without even looking at her computer. Again I told her that she needed to double check because I have never paid that much for a simple cleaning. She said that that was what I paid last time. To which I replied that other (extra) things were done last time, but not this time. These people are thieves and are obviously pocketing any extra cash they can get out of you. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The manager came out and heard me, and didn't even offer an apology for his incompetent receptionist who tried to blame it all on the dental hygienist to did the job.

Do not go here. Setting up an appointment alone is a challenge, for one I had to thoroughly explain to the receptionist that I wanted to set up an appointment for X-ray and a cleaning. After that she put me on hold for 15 minutes, came back, and asked me AGAIN "how may I help u" as if we didn't already have this discussion. Long story short she claimed they were busy and to call back before 6. I called back 15 minutes to 6 and was switched to a operator who said they were gone for the day and guess what...she couldn't set up appointments either. They're lucky there is a no star option.
